Great experience! I had been going to roosters, but my barber no longer works there. Found The Gentz Lab and really dig the new location. I felt listened to, taken care of, and looking forward to coming back from my next haircut. It’s now just the owner, so the picture with the illuminated sign is no longer where business is done. Instead it’s in a nice private suite where you can get one-on-one attention.

I absolutely love this place! Very professional, friendly and attentive barbers. I especially love that my children were comfortable and the barbers are very patient when they became restless. There’s even a patio for me to lounge while they were being serviced! I’m telling everyone I know about this place. Awesome is an understatement.

Trying to be upscale men’s spa, just a black barbershop. On walking up I was yelled at from patio, asking if I needed haircut, I should have run. I had to wait for the barber to finish his McDonald’s,I explained what I wanted. After an hour of dozen razors, of which never offered service even after saying first time there, another white customer came in with his black son, the CEO walked in after, the white customer was ignored for black customer came in after the CEO. Charged $37 no explanation of charges. POS was peice of paper with $22 and list of names from prior day. No option to tip only good thing. After getting in my car hair was styled to wrong side, and I had to cut my bangs when I got home.
