I had my nails done by Kee in her shop inside the Salon. Awful job. My nails are all bumpy. I asked for a design and she questioned me as to why i wanted it so i just went with a french. She spoke with other clients while doing my nails. Just rude. I drove 40 minutes to be treated like i was a bother. There is a reverse discrimination….

I love my hairstyle at Allure! I have been going there for a couple of years and have become pretty close with a few of the ladies there. However I do have some concerns; one being the tidiness of bathrooms. Everytime I go the BR the floors are dirty & the toilet seat/bowls are extremely filthy & moldey. Its ALWAYS covered in dust. It appears to be the same way everytime I come, which is every 2 weeks. I have voiced my concerns a few times but it hasn’t changed. The hairstylist are awesome! They’re friendly, timely & very professional. One of my favs was Ms. Lavonne, she made the place, she’s pleasant, nice & ALWAYS had a smile on her face. I was greatly disappointed that she was forced out by someone who has an ego problem, who never speaks, rude & who I have witness being a trouble started and a bully. She seems to enjoy frustrating the stylist. Example: I WATCHED her purposefully irrate them over something as simple as playing music, very childish behavior. Sadly I’m looking for new salon but hope the owner re-thinks the recent changes they have made and relize how bad of a decision it was for the business and that they would do the uncommon thing (humble youself)and get Ms Lavonne, which was one of the best stylist that was at Allure BACK and get the snake out, they insert venom. Soon they will turn and bite you. Stop looking at one side of the picture and look at the whole picture. Krama does come back around.
