A botox first timer here… I cannot say enough good things about Garden Med Spa! The cleanliness, friendliness, and professionalism is everything you’re looking for. I was extremely nervous to get Botox for the first time… Rachel not only eased my anxiety, but she helped me feel as though I was working with a friend. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and takes the time to answer all of your questions/concerns. She helped me feel comfortable not only by explaining the step-by-step process, but she talked through every thought or silly story that I had. Alicia Clymer is the best! She took me as a patient about 6mo before my wedding. From the jump I told her my goals and how I wanted to look for my wedding. She was always honest about what we could and couldn’t achieve. Always professional, kind, and fun to talk to! She also takes time out of her day to answer any questions I may have. She messages me back on Instagram usually right away to answer questions even if it’s on a random day or at random hours! She also wrote out a timeline/game plan for the things I wanted done, and always up front about pricing and trying to accommodate my budget. I feel like she genuinely cares about her clients. I will continue going to her in the future. So happy to know Alicia and I feel beautiful and confident going into my wedding day in just about 1 week. Thank you Alicia!

I have gone to Alicia several times now & cannot say enough good things about her! She’s so knowledgeable and is always so honest when it comes to which treatments are best for me! She also always follows up after treatments to see how I’m feeling! A lot of other med spas just try to sell you on as many treatments/products as possible & I have never gotten that feeling from Alicia or anyone else at the Garden. I went to Rachel Tushack, PA-C starting in July of 2022 for cosmetic botox purposes. From the moment I stepped into the office building itself, I was greeted with kind faces and warm regards from the front desk staff. Rachel was very professional from start to finish! She sat me down in my chair, and asked me to explain what aspects I wanted to “fix” that day. She handed me a mirror and we looked together at what I wanted- throughout the process of the pre-injections, she showed me the spots that she would inject and made sure first and foremost that I was comfortable with each position of the marks! For the botox injections, she made sure I was comfortable through each step, asking if I needed to take breaks, and explained each injection as she did it. I cannot say enough kind words about Rachel! She was truly the best. I have been to her 2 more times since and I can’t wait to keep coming back to her!
