Love this hair salon. So happy I started going here. I’ve used a few different stylists and all were great but I really made a connection with David and love what he has done with my hair. I used to always keep my hair long but he suggested a different, shorter style based on what I was looking for (better face framing, layers, more volume) and I absolutely love it! I’m always in and out with an hour for a wash, cut and full style with my shoulder length hair. Highly recommend!

The best hair salon ever in Houston. All the people who work here are so professional. I came to this place once every week. David and Tomee are the best persons I have ever deal with when it comes to my hair. They are very professional and very friendly they will make you comfortable during your work. You can ask them anything about your service you will get a satisfactory answer. Everyone who works here is very nice to their customers. The place is clean, the restrooms are clean, and service is affordable you will get rewards if you come often. I can say try once you will love it for sure. Highly recommended.

It doesn’t get better than Jose for a haircut in the greater Houston area. I’ve been going to him for 13+ years and have always been happy with his work. Mia is an exceptional colorist as well. I once got highlights done by Mia before a Miami trip, and several people approached me thinking I was a famous singer. Moral of the story: if you want to look like a celebrity, go to The Galleria Hair Salon. You will not be disappointed.

Been going to Jose for at least 14 years now, and he is consistently excellent. The salon is comfy and inviting even though it has an upscale aesthetic. The place is always clean and even when it’s busy you don’t feel crowded.

This is the 2nd time I’ve had a bad experience at this establishment. The first time I had gone for highlights, I was seated under the dryer with the bleach for so much longer than needed by the time I came back to the seat my ends were completing pulling off (my hair is black for reference), with thick uneven strands of yellow highlights that looked ridiculous. I gave them another chance after my hair was fixed by the master stylist—and had good experiences until I went for a simple trim today.

I’m from Pittsburgh, and needed my hair done since a I had to cancel my appointment back home. The girl that normally does my hair takes two hours for all over color, and bleach for my face framing pieces, a trim, blow dry, and style. Costs me $150. This place did not offer a trim at all. Made my blonde in the front yellow, styled it horribly. I told them i have curtain bangs, and it was completely disregarded, so i just have random bangs sticking out. It costed $300 and took FIVE hours for absolutely no reason. Genuinely confused at the time, price, and very disappointed.

Moving to Houston a few years ago and needing a stylist, I booked a cut and blow dry with David. When I arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming. David was very eager and asked me to tell me a little bit about my hair and what I wanted. He was friendly and very personable with me.
