Everyone at the G-Spa is wonderful. I’ve been going here for a few laser tattoo removal treatments, and everything from scheduling to treatment has been a smooth process. Cayley (RN) is amazing. She is great at her job and makes sure you are comfortable and understand the process, but she also is a delightful person to talk to and very caring.

I have been a patient/customer at the G Spa for several visits now as I am having my tattoo removed (which takes several visits). While tattoo removal is generally unpleasant, I feel the process has been going very smoothly. The staff are extremely pleasant and professional. Cayley (RN) is keeps me calm and comfortable as she performs the lazering process. She is very knowledgeable and it seems clear that Dr. Griffin works closely with her staff to make collaborative decisions for patient/customer treatment! Five stars!

I have been in the process of getting two tattoos removed at the G Spa. I called a number of different establishments that offered tattoo laser removal. Many couldn’t get me an appointment in the times I needed and did not have the laser equipment the G Spa has to offer. Nurse Cayley along with the rest of the staff are tremendously friendly and helpful. I have completed my third session there and my tattoos are close to being gone! I’m truly amazed at how effective their equipment is. If you’re in the SB area and are searching for tattoo laser removal I definitely recommend this place.

Went for tattoo removal with Cayley. I out of all the tattoo removal individuals I have worked with Cayley exceeds them all! She is receptive, intuitive, and really works to get that stubborn ink removed without injuring your dermis. I wouldn’t trust my tattoo removals to just anyone. If you’re on the fence, take this as your sign! You’ll be in great hands! Added plus, she’s got a great bedside manner—many laughs in store !

Caylee is amazing!! She gave me just enough to freshen and brighten while still keeping the integrity of my face. I never felt pressure to add more or join anything, and actually got a discount for referrals! The service was top notch, as well as the hospitality from the ladies in the office. I went to Dr Griffin because my normal Botox and filler doctor was not available and I have never regretted anything more it makes me sick to even give her one star. Never go to Dr Griffen she completely ruined my lips, charged me 800 dollars for filler I did not get in my cheekbones!!! Then when I went back to try and have it fixed and get my records and my money back to go to my normal Dr. I was attacked by 4 grown women in one tiny room. She would not take responsibility for her mistake even through the before and after photo was extremely obvious!! All the women started swearing and yelling at my including Dr Griffen telling me to go beep myself and she doesn’t give a beep about me and will call the police if I don’t leave the offices. All in all I was charged 2000 dollars to be deformed and spoken to like I have never been spoken to in my life. I explained to Dr Griffin in the first appointment that I was coming back from 4 years of horrible spine surgeries for a rare spinal condition and was trying to get my life back starting with some confidence with my looks. And not only did she completely deform my lips, my eyebrows are far to high, charge me for services I did not get and I was verbally abused by Dr Griffin and her staff as I was seated I had 4 grown women yelling at me in a tiny room and the Dr herself telling me to go beep myself. These are horrible people and I sooooo soooo regret ever going. If you are thinking about having work done do not go go to her!! I have never been treated so horribly!! My normal Dr is Gary Novatt and his assistant Claire I have been going to them for ten years for Botox and filler and have always loved my results!! He is wonderful and Claire is so kind and makes sure you are 100% happy go to them!! Not this horrible women, I have never been charged so much and I have never had this horrible of results and then to be treated that way, I left traumatized sobbing and shaking. We will be proceeding with legal action.
