She listed to what I was asking for, asked more questions so she could find exactly what I was looking to try, showed samples, and made a suggestion that I ended up loving!!!! She was there for what I wanted and did it how she thought was best. She wasn’t there to up-sell, or to criticize “who did your hair last” like a lot of stylist do.
