First timer. Artist didn’t hardly speak to me or even introduce herself. During my lift, I asked if the burning was normal. She said, “you are making it worse.” I explained I had never had a lift and tint before so I wasn’t really aware what was a “better or worse” way to do things. I didn’t get any prior instructions or any warning. It would have been nice to get a little heads-up beforehand. It was uncomfortable and my artist was super rude. I had really high hopes for this place but I won’t be returning.
