If I could give 10 stars I would. This review is long overdue. I’ve been seeing Rita for about 8 months now and my face has never looked more beautiful ✨ I found them on social media and I could just tell by their videos that Rita and Hanna were just genuine, honest- human beings. I’ve seen SOOO many med spas for fillers but they by far are the absolute best. Rita truly takes her time and listens to what you want. If she knows you don’t need more of something she will let you know. I truly appreciate her honestly and professionalism. I love their made in the lab membership it’s the best subscription I’ve ever had in my life hehe! Their front office staff is beautiful I love that Hanna’s (owner) husband is always in the office doing background stuff yet you can tell he truly cares for their office. I just love everything they are doing. Every girl in Arizona who is a fan of filler like me, should be seeing Rita. She is the filler God Mother

What a phenomenal place with equally amazing treatment! I saw Rita for some lip filler as a 30th birthday gift to myself and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her!! I had no idea what to expect as a first timer for any sort of injections and she immediately helped make me feel more relaxed and comfortable. My lips came out amazing and after the two week healing period I did notice a little asymmetry. So I sent Rita some pictures and we set up a touch up appointment! It was so easy and now they look PERFECT and I am so thrilled with the whole experience! I love Rita and I’m so grateful for this amazing place!!

I absolutely love Rita and Hanna! I have gone to Rita three times for my lip injections and she amazes me every time. These ladies are amazing at what they do. The office is always spotless. The girls at the front desk are always so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend The Flawless Lab !

From the bottom of my heart, the Flawless lab is a place you can rest your worries. Everyone I have met and gotten treatments with here is just beyond amazing, as an artist and as a person. I am such an anxious person, and I always feel SO confident and comfortable to trust recommendations and treatments with everyone here. I went in super nervous and scared.. It was my first time and it’s kind of terrifying changing the way you look in any way. Despite that, the front desk girls were so warm and welcoming and made the process so much easier and exciting. Hanna was able to answer all my questions and gave me the best advice and when it came time for the procedure I went with her advice and I’m so glad I did. She’s incredibly talented and intelligent and I never thought I could be so happy with such a minor cosmetic change. I would never go anywhere else.

Hanna is fantastic!! I have been thinking about doing fillers again for awhile, and she is a name I kept hearing come up. I can tell she takes the patients wants and her own expertise into account when determining what to inject you with, and which technique to use. They are the best of the best at The Flawless Lab.
