*Update* The salon manager called me and apologized several times for my experience and offered a full refund. She was very insistent that this was not how the salon usually operates and wanted to give me a good experience next time I was in New Braunfels with them.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went and saw Chloe the first time I went here, I was looking for someone to do my full head of highlights to start the process for the blonde I was trying to achieve for my wedding day. I posted on MONB and Chloe reached out. I explained my budget price and she did my hair quickly and professionally. It was everything I wanted. She got me in the chair on time and highlighted my big head, in about 2 hours I was done and home.Fast forward a month or so later, i went and booked with another individual for the second time. (Chloe wasn’t available) Asked for the same thing, I DID NOT GET THE SAME THING! THE YOUNG LADY WAS LATE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND I SAT IN THAT CHAIR FOR 5 HOURS! I DIDNT GET A FULL HEAD OF HIGHLIGHTS, (not sure what I got) MY HAIR IS YELLOW, AND DEFINITELY NOT WEDDING READY! I REFERRED MY SISTER AND SHE WAS DISAPPOINTED IN HER HAIR AS WELL, 190 for a partial is super expensive, 165.00 for my “highlights” is reasonable but the result was disappointing.UPDATE 1/07/22: the manager called me to follow up and asked what happened. I explained everything and you guys, they took careOf me and my sister!!!!! They got me in today (third time) asked what happened and what I was looking for. Turn out It wasn’t the blending what was wrong with my hair, it was the toner. (They added like 4 foils) They toned me and I couldn’t be more happier! The person who did my hair last was there and helped redo my hair along with kara, Kari and Payton. All these ladies are sooo sweet and made me feel amazin!!!! I went and saw Chloe the first time I went here, I was looking for someone to do my full head of highlights to start the process for the blonde I was trying to achieve for my wedding day. Betsy is absolutely wonderful! You must go see her! She puts so much thought and expertise into doing your hair exactly the way you want and dream for it to be! I went from a dirty blonde to a ginger color I had been wanting for so long and boom! It’s beautiful! I don’t know if I would have had the confidence to try it without her reassuring me that she could make it happen and she absolutely did! I have seen her 5-6 more times since and it’s still healthy and gorgeous! People think it’s natural all the time! If you want to get your hair done, trust me ask for Betsy!

I will admit I am an “older” person, but I love seeing the beautiful hair designs from Hannah! She is straight young lady and very talented. All of the hair designers around her chair have a great sense of color, bright and vivid colors, as well as the more “natural” weaves. The Hair Fixx is now 3 Studios in New Braunfels and I go to the one on Walnut. Delightful!. Oh, and they have a great shampoo area. You almost can sit up straight.
