I scheduled for a Brazilian blowout the hairdresser did not give me a Brazilian blowout she said she gave me a keratin treatment simply because she said that I would like it better. I discuss with her from the beginning and throughout the Brazilian blowout, and it wasn’t until the end of everything that she said that she had given me a character treatment. Do not use this salon!!!!! Oh, and they also tried to charge me for a keratin treatment, even though I never agreed or asked for it. What a huge disappointment. No one tried to make any kinds of amends. And stupid me payed for what should have been the Brazilian blowout. I am soooo angry and disappointed
