If you are looking for brow artists who take time to know what their clients wants and DELIVERS, this is the place to go. I have very thick and unruly brows, and I have had brow artists who did not ask what I wanted and took my brows from thick and full to thin and uneven. I had low hopes that I could trust someone with my brows, especially after multiple bad experiences elsewhere. Anna Lee took my brows and nurtured them back into health and beauty. I have never had a consistent brow artist until Anna Lee at The Fix, and that is because of the consistent quality and attention to detail. Anna Lee would always make sure I was satisfied with my brows and took the time to make sure every brow hair was in or out of its place. I’m always excited to get my brows done and leave more confident because of the quality of the work. If you need your brows done, go here. 10/10. Or 5 stars by Googles standards

I have been going to see Anna Lee for brow waxes and tinting for about a year now and I cannot recommend enough! She is a magician! My eyebrows can be difficult and hard to tame, and the shape was completely off when I came for my first visit a year ago. I see her about every 4 weeks- just got them done and texted a picture to my mom right after. She replied “Don’t lose track of her!” – the waxes I got before coming to the fix didn’t make my eyebrows look good, it just made them look less bad. Now- my eyebrows look good. Real good.

I get my lashes lifted every 8-12 for the last 4 years, they lift very well. I moved to Spokane and found The Fix so tried them out for lash lifts. My first one with Heidi lasted only 2 weeks and was not lifted half of my normal curl and had lashes curled in different directions. My second one was with Elly the owner, my lashes did not lift at all, they actually became frizzy looked horrible. I called and she did call me back but we did not connect. I know she would have offered a redo but I was not willing to let that happen after two failures and I had consulted with my last esthetician and decided against it. I have sought out services elsewhere. Elly is very personable and kind. My first experience with Heidi found her to be cold, rude and condescending to me and the owner. I was embarrassed to be there listening to how she spoke Elly. I shared this with Elly as I would want to know as an owner how interactions are perceived by my patrons. It was not relaxing for me to be in the small space right next to the other chair and open air to the public in the building.

I had two services done here by Stephanie, a lash lift/tint and a facial. My lashes went from meh to amazing! I feel so beautiful with them! My skin after the facial was so hydrated, which is a must for the winter weather, and I loved the attention they give you that comes as a standard of care for the client! I had every process explained to me step by step, they answered any questions I had, and gave me some quality advice on how to take care of my new lashes and freshly pampered skin! I highly recommend this business for the talent of these beauty artists!
