Honestly one of the best gyms in town. Great variety of equipment and amenities. Staff is super friendly. The equipment is placed with other similar equipment so working on specific parts of the body is easy. You don’t have to go hunting for a particular machine.

I was told on a few occasions about rules. I only joined this gym because it has a pool. My doctor informed me I needed water aerobics for my joints. I am a silver sneaker. I used some of water equipment but I was told not to use it. I don’t understand this rule since I am qualified member. Therefore I canceled my membership and so did other two ladies that joined with me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this GYM!!! Management should apologize for this!!!

This is a great place to work out with friendly people! It’s also a very safe environment which puts you at ease. It has a pool, spa, sauna, and a variety of different equipment! Oh and let’s not forget the tanning bed and even child care.

Best place I’ve ever been involved with other than my church I haven’t been going like I should go but that’s my fault the saying I’ve always used is if it was easy everybody would be doing it if you want to lose weight and you want the right equipment to do it I think you should go and join the fitness factory when I joined it was $30 to sign up and then 20 a month from that point on and I know it’s 40 if you use cash and 30 to start if you use a card so I would have I would recommend anyone who would like a great place to go enjoy a swim a hot tub a sauna a great weight lifting workout cardio workout bicycling treadmills any machine you could imagine they have it and they’re all working and wonderful go to fitness factory I love the place if I’m not there that’s my fault not theirs

I like this gym, can’t say I love the prices but it’s sort of to be expected considering they do have a lot to offer. They are pretty jammed together with equipment, I never really had a problem with the staff, but I chose the gym because it’s 24/7. I went at late hours when no one was really there. The lighting outside needs to be better considering it’s 24/7 and you have to walk to your car in the dark. I never felt uncomfortable there except walking to my car for obvious reason. The showers are giant, I enjoyed my experience there. They also give student discounts, so bring your student ID.

I called and visited today Saturday. First off the place is being run by teenagers NOT a professional staff in any way shape or form. The two time’s I called kids answered the phone and acted like it was real burden on them that I asked directions. See the address on Google is NOT where they are anymore as I found out the hard way. They have no webpage. When I finally got someone on the phone the attitude,despite my calm and polite voice, continued but they finally gave me the address on Hollis Crump Drive off 78.
