Bought a treatment for my wife for Christmas. Was promised they would mail a gift certificate to my wife so she could have a Christmas gift. They didn’t and when I called them on it, they refused to send one. I cancelled the treatment and will never patronize their establishment again and recommend you don’t either.

I had cryo facials and neck treatments in preparation for my wedding. After one facial my skin looked radiant and smoother. With each treatment, my skin smoothed, and the fine lines disappeared. I have pretty deep lines around my mouth and between my brows. They are now far less pronounced. I look forward to my next facial with Kat!

I had a really wonderful experience here the staff is so sweet! I received a facial from Bonnie, which was wonderful and a cryo facial from Debbie, and LOVED both of them before my wedding. The whole feel of the spa is amazing, cozy and so relaxing. The oxygen bar is especially great if you have visitors from out of town not used to the altitude. Can’t wait to try the detox room. An awesome addition to Carson City. It’s wonderful to have a place to get a spa day pass and right downtown.

Today I went in for the facial using eminence skin care line. And it was quite an heavenly experience. Bonnie, the esthetician, has magic hands I swear. The way she massaged my face, neck, shoulders, arms, and hands felt very soothing. I’m also a huge beauty and skin care junkie, and I religiously research products before I purchase let alone use them on my skin. Eminence certainly lived up to all its hype. Very happy with the service and the products! Already booked my next appointment.

I absolutely adore the Firm Cryo Spa. The staff is absolutely fabulous. I came in for a facial. It was so relaxing and I could feel my skin tighten in seconds. In half an hour the bags and wrinkles under my eyes were gone and my face never looked better. Immediate results. They just moved into a bigger location and brought their A game with more services that Carson City lacked. Whatever you are looking for, look no further than The Firm Cryo Spa.
