I will definitely be going back to see her again. Already have next appt booked with her. If it’s your first time or you’re in need of a new esthetician, she’s your woman! My niece went there yesterday and the high light did not come out as she had intended. So she called back today and they were more than happy to try and resolve the situation. They went out of their way to have her come in today as soon as possible. I went with her. The owner was their and listen to our concerns in depth with the utmost of patients after hearing the concerns they immediately had her sit down and resolve the situation .I had to leave because I had customers waiting for me . Believe me this was going to be a tricky fix job there was alot of orange and way to light and solid coloring all over the entire top. Later she came over to my house after her hair was done to show me the results .they had done an excellent job of fixing the problem .beautiful results. I had told them that she was on a limited income and couldn’t afford to pay again to have this redone anywhere else and that she didn’t have any more money to have this resolved. they didn’t charge her which was the right thing to do . I’m sure they have secured a new customer with her .what a beautiful job . and I was extremely pleased with the results being a hairdresser myself with no time today to fix the foiling job myself today. I had expressed to my niece that I was sure they would want to correct this because after all it’s their reputation that is at stake. I have to admit that I was a little worried. I’m not easily impressed with most people’s hairdressing abilities. But I have to say they did the right thing and her hair came out beautiful I’m giving them this excellent 2 thumps up review . Thank you she doesnt have to wear the hat more and you have made her happy .

I dont usually put reviews on anything but this was a no brainer. Went and got a highlight and wanted them to show me how to style my hair in a better way ended up getting a haircut that’s awful. Shaved the back. Now I have to find out if I can get hairextensions or have to get a wig. Its gonna cost alot of money for a haircut I hate and wont go out with. And they even charged me for the appointment which they could tell that I was not happy with when I left. It will be along time before I go anywhere for a haircut again. Make sure you know exactly how you want your hair before you go.
