I just had the worse gel manicure ever. Christine did a very rushed job and it was very painful. She cut me while working on my cuticles because she was so rough and made me bleed for a while. I barely got an I’m sorry. The sides of my nails are not painted and on some she didn’t even go to the very top. I went in an hour before closing so it was dark when I left so did not noticed how badly painted they are. Some nails look like a child did them. For $35 I expect to get a better service but this was by far one of the worse nail experiences I have ever had. I’ve been here quite a few times but would not go back. My finger is so sore from where she cut me and I am afraid of getting an infection.

$135 for 2 spa pedicures and 1 manicure, not including tip. Not the price they quoted when we walked in, we didn’t add any extras, and the polish job was sloppy, uneven, and only lasted 3 days. They were rude and clearly chatting among each other offering us as much as they could to up charge, we declined everything and the bill was still ridiculous. Bummer, they’re walking distance from my new house and could’ve gotten a regular customer.

So I went here with my Friend and her Aunt and we wanted a rose nail design. We showed the design we wanted to the woman on the counter and she said ,” oh this would be $8.,” My friends Aunt said,” okay then we would like this design.,” We proceeded to pick our toe nail colors and we got on our seat. My friend was right beside me so we talked for a bit. I showed the man that was doing my nails the picture of the design I wanted. He laughed. He said if he could do another one but I declined it. He then took my phone and showed everyone and started talking in a different language. I was very mad because they were laughing too. That was very disappointing and disrespectful. I knew that they were talking bad about us. So I proceeded to talk In my other language. I also felt very uncomfortable. I was so shy and nervous because they were talking about the nail design I wanted. I’m only a pre-teen. And I will never come back to this place. They also changed the price. The man that was doing my nails said this will be this much money like $20. My friend on the other hand said ,” oh the lady on the counter said it was $8.,” And I was in complete shock. They were so rude and laughed for just a nail design I wanted! After I paid about $50, we had to pay them a tip. Which I didn’t want to because they don’t diserve it. This happed this spring break on Friday. I rate this a 1/5. After we went to go eat, I said to my friends Aunt ,” They were laughing at the design we wanted.,” My friends Aunt said,” Yeah because they couldn’t do it.,” but.. the pedicure was nice but I think the lady that was doing my pedicure did the best job!
