The nail ladys push for you to do services you dont need and or want. I will never go there again. This is a place run by someone who likes to have their nails done as well. Great attention to detail, thoughtful touches, and great service. I also love that they have a rewards program. When you go back on a regular basis, it is nice to be rewarded for that loyalty.

Overall this place is horrible and expensive. I paid $50 for a premium pedicure and the nail technician barely scrubbed my feet. Now I have to go somewhere else so someone else can finish the job properly.

They don’t know what they are doing when it comes to acrylic nails . They don’t know how to shape the nail ,They don’t don’t know how to work around the cuticles. And when you tell them that if they can correct something or work a little more around the cuticle they get mad and start talking in their language, they start blaming it on the customer. That the customer should of said in the beginning what they wanted . I think that if they are nail technicians they should know what they are doing .these lady’s in this place don’t know how to work with acrylic nails.

The water was too cold, my gel nails were too bulky, and I paid $5 tip for each service but she looked at me funny. Also a lady walked in wanting service and they told her very rudely to that they’re busy. The lady just walked away! I wish this could transalte in Vietnamese! Please improve your guest service. At least I will not be back.
