Been coming here for years. They don’t force you to wear a mask if you don’t want to. The interior is clean, beautifully decorated and air conditioned. I recently came in here to redo nails done elsewhere. While I wish it was a tad cheaper, I’ve never been disappointed with their nail work (even got my wedding nails done here!) So meticulous and professional.

First she didn’t let me know it’s extra $15 to take off Dip in, I ended up paying $75 only for my Neils, I have never paid that price anywhere I do dip in everywhere. I don’t mind paying but I wish the money I paid was worth it, I asked for eyes bro wax and she did a terrible job first time here not ever going back here ask price for everything if you are new client.

I was very happy with the service I received here!! The staff were very friendly and the cucumber pedicure was just what I needed. And the cost was more than reasonable, I kind of did a double take when I heard how much everything cost (it was cheaper than expected). I would definitely come back here!!

I’m new to the neighborhood so this was my first time in, and it was wonderful. I had a cucumber spa pedicure and a gel manicure and they were QUICK (I was done in 45 minutes) without being rushed. I had Linda and Thao helping me and they both did a great job. The cucumber pedicure is worth the upgrade – the massage, hot stones, and moisturizing mask with hot towels was lovely. The place is also really cute and comfortable inside. I’ll be back soon!

I have been using their service for less than a year now. I had a gel manicure last month and had another one today. Last month I was charged $35. and today the charged me $40. I asked why they charged me $5. more and was told that she has to take off the polish she put on last time. She put on the polish and now she has to take it off, so she can put a new one but have to charge me? she has to charge me??? It does not make sense. I felt taken advantage of. I left unhappy and won’t recommend them anymore.

I’ve lived in Seattle for 7 years and this is honestly the best mani/pedi experience I’ve had in the city. The service was quick but thorough and the technicians were very gentle. I really love the interior and as a bonus it stayed very cool during a hot day. I will absolutely be back!

What really makes this place is amazing is the customer service!! Oh, my gosh. This is a place that wants to make you HAPPY! I’ve gone to other salons where they really don’t care, or they talk as if you’re not there and you know that episode of Seinfeld where Elaine thinks they are talking about her lol? Well, this place makes you feel special AND they do beautiful work.
