Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismMade an appointment WEEKS in advance for my 40th birthday. I received many emails thanking me…confirming the date and time (even the day before). The morning of my appointment I receive an email telling me that the time selected on their site is not available and that I need to come 45 minutes earlier than scheduled. I express my issue …that I made this appointment WEEKS in advance and have another appointment before…that the “new” time doesn’t work. I received an apology and a “no excuse” text but then I was told that I can come late but that I would lose time. First off I wouldn’t be late…as my time is 2:45. I have emails to confirm what time was selected and approved. Needless to say this is not a good start to my day. I canceled after no communication on my last text that said “how is this fair to me”. Made an appointment WEEKS in advance for my 40th birthday. I received many emails thanking me…confirming the date and time (even the day before). Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThis is my favorite place to get a massage! The add-ons are tough to beat, especially the himalayan back scrub. I try to come at least once a month, but i’ve been slacking a bit. She does an incredible job and I love coming back each time!

The massage therapist did a phenomenal job. I hold alot of stress in certain parts of my body. She successfully worked the stress out and made my experience beyond relaxing. I will be coming back again.

I was given a FULLLL body massage, hot stone massage, facial, and a foot scrub. Let’s not mention the Champagne and chocolate. I will 100% be booking every month.Beautiful set up, very professional, and very clean.This is not a family member, friend, or I’m not getting an incentive to say this.
