The space is clean and bright with upbeat, fun music. The guys are kind and attentive to whatever style you are looking for. There is a lot of joking and laughing between them so it’s hard not to smile when seated. Great prices. They accept card or cash. I typically use Google to book an appointment and my time slots have always been honored !

I attempted to book my haircut with Jorge on Booksy as I usually would and it wasn’t allowing me to do so (which was weird), so I thought nothing of it and I went to the shop in person to ask Jorge if he could fit me in at some point during the week. When I asked him he said he was booked for the rest of the day (understandable) so I asked “do you think you can fit me in sometime within the next few days” and he told me “use the app” I then proceeded to tell/physically show him again that the app wasn’t working and I wasn’t able to book anything (I literally showed him on my phone) and he then told me “idk” and shrugged his shoulders as if he didn’t care whatsoever. I stood there confused and then asked him “does that mean I can’t schedule anymore haircuts here” and he stayed silent, ignored me, and continued cleaning up hair off the floor. Needless to say I left that day and haven’t returned since, I’m very disappointed in Jorge’s customer service especially since I’ve been a loyal customer for about 10 years. He’s a good barber but not worth the lack of respect he shows his customers lately, I’d rather give my hard earned money to someone who appreciates their customers and is able to accommodate/help them when need be.

Unprofessional and Edward the barber didn’t disinfect his equipment before use. Not to mention the fact that he charged me $18 when their booksy app and signs on the wall say line up and shave/beard is $15. He also completely missed my chin area. First and last time going to this establishment. I called twice to bring this to the owners attention and my calls have gone unanswered.

These barbers know how to cut hair. The atmosphere and waiting area is great. The only drawback they have is that the barbers could be a bit more socially welcoming to new or infrequent customers. Many times I have observed someone come in and they’re not acknowledged when they’re seen in the waiting area. Clearly people showing up understand they’re busy, but a “hi” to incoming customers wouldn’t hurt either.
