This is the single worst haircut I have ever seen in my life. When the barber was done and dismissed my son to leave, it looked like something had chewed on the back of my son’s hair. It was wildly uneven. When I pointed this out, the barber got super defensive about “being disrespected”. When I showed the other barber present for his opinion, he refunded us…but the major damage remains. My son’s hair is thick and curly and he had asked for a basic scissor cut trim of his existing cut — nothing fancy. Please beware — I do not think their barbers are actually trained to cut hair and that they run any quality control. VERY unprofessional!

The vibe here is great, full service with cuts, fades, and straight razor work (you won’t get that at supercuts!) And a really nice lounge area. This is a nice balance between city and suburban barbershops. I’m very glad this place exists, because it’s hard to find good spots around here Jeff helped me look fresh and photo ready, and I’m thankful for that. I will be coming back, and recommending this place to friends.

I had the worst experience at this barber shop, it was almost disgusting!!!!! The service was shockingly horrible. I took my son to get a haircut after booking online. I was not greeted when I arrived. The owner instead looked at me and walked the other way. I was told I could not sit in the same room my 6 year old that son was getting a cut so I stood the entire time even through there was no other customers in the shop. I asked for a .5 and a fade. I even pointed out where my son usually get his fade started. The barber instead faded him military style. I was so upset. The excuse I received from the owner was I booked the same day of the appointment so they gave me the least experienced barber!!!!! I then asked another barber to please finish him off and fix what he could and he agreed. The barber that was cutting my sons hair and the owner got in my face as they were going to get physical me for asking him to stop the cut. I told him my son gets a cute EVERY WEEK so I know how it’s suppose to look. The owner got loud with me I had to ask him to please lower his voice. Since at this point I just wanted his cut fixed. He even said I could just leave with one side unfinished free of charge, making my son cry!!! The owner is the worse business owner I have ever encountered in my entire life. He was rude, argumentative, defensive, and just a disgrace to the community he was serving. Even though the barber that fixed my sons hair was nice and very understanding of what had taken place and did the best he could to make my son look presentable I would never go back and would share my experience with my community.

This is the best barber I’ve had in my life. They will deliver the haircut you ask for and work with you to cut your hair how you like it. I’ve never had to ask for anything more than once…they’re very accommodative and attentive to customize your cut. The shop is clean, professional, and they offer online scheduling and digital payment which a lot of small shops still don’t offer in 2022.

With the crazy holiday season upon us, I was in desperate need of a cut for my sons. I found this place recommended on the lower merion community network on facebook. These guys are great. My sons were able to both get cut at the same time. They picked what was on the television and got a holiday coloring book. What a great experience! We found our new barbers. Super clean and super easy online booking. What a hidden gem.

I have been getting my haircut by Trey at the Fade Factory for years. Their service and professionalism is unmatched. I never feel unwelcomed by Trey or the owner Jeff. The shop itself is clean, unique and modern. When it come to the actual haircuts I can only speak for my Barber Trey as I have not received a haircut from any of the other barbers. But Yrey gets me right every time. One thing I would add is that you get exactly what you ask for when it comes to hairstyle so be sure that the cut you ask for is the one you want. Don’t be afraid to ask questions and tell your Barber what you want and don’t want. I’ve recommended The Fade Factory to many of my friends and non have been disappointed so far.
