After leaving the salon I came home and noticed my hair had a purple tone so I called the salon and the receptionist just said it will wash out. I highly recommend Sara. She is so sweet and very knowledgeable about hair care. She does an incredible job of lightening your hair and keeping the integrity of it. KK was the absolute BEST! I highly recommend her! I came in a month after a horrible “balayage” at another salon and she turned it around! My hair had been damage pretty badly and looked yellow instead of ashy blonde how I wanted it to look. With an application of a toner and a haircut, KK was able to revitalize my hair and give me the color I wanted originally! She took her time and truly listened to what I wanted. Thank you KK!

Love this Aveda salon! So easy to get to, parking is always available. Katherine is fantastic; great conversationalist, excellent knowledge and technique. She always remembers my personal service preferences. And I always feel gorgeous after a visit! They have a full selection of Aveda hair and skin products, but no makeup for sale. Modern, comfortable setting with complementary beverages. Heads up, this salon only accepts credit card payments for products and services, no cash, but cash tips are always welcomed by the stylists! I highly recommend this lovely salon!

McKenzie was awesome. No issues with the haircut and service I received. What I didn’t like is the company policy that they ask you for a credit card (they actually make you handwrite your credit card information on a paper form) just in case you cancel an appointment. It’s inconvenient, awkward and most of all, not secure. If the company is really worried about losing revenue for cancelled appointments, have people make a deposit at the time of booking. I did all my appointment online and wouldn’t have minded entering my credit card information on a secured payment system. Also, it’s inefficient. What’s stopping a person from writing the wrong credit card number? What happens when I cancel my credit card? That paper form will be worthless.
