I really enjoyed the signature facial! My skin looks and feels extremely rejuvenated, clean and clear. The facial was very relaxing and gentle. My aesthetician, Brooke , who did my facial, was very kind and made sure to ask if something was painful or uncomfortable. And it wasn’t! I love the beautiful and relaxing interior and the soft pop music they play. Everyone who works here is very kind, professional and mild mannered. Also, it was very reasonably priced! I highly recommend this place for facials! I will come here again and again!

I’ve gotten a full hybrid set here. And 3 hybrid fills my 2nd fill of the lashes fell out with in 4 days. I’ve had lashes for 2 years never have had this happen before. I wash my lashes. Wear an eye mask to bed that’s made for lashes. Called and told them all my lashes fell out with in a few days. Went in for my appt to get them fixed they told me they didn’t have my appt. Went in the following day to get them fixed. The girl who did my lashes told me next time if 50- 70 percent of my lashes were gone I’d be charged. Which I totally understand but my lashes fell out within 4 days of having them just done. not after 2 weeks which is normal fill time. Every time I went in I tipped 20 percent tip in cash if not a little bit more than 20 percent. The two girls that did my lashes did not seem appreciative at all of the tips I gave them. Went back for my last fill and towards the last 10 minutes of course my back is gonna hurt so I’m moving around a little . After I was done getting lashes filled BROOKE proceeds to tell me “because of all of the moving around that’s probably why your lashes didn’t stay long because the lash isn’t going onto the real lash properly” hmmmm okay? This time my lashes lasted a bit longer. I ended up going back to my old tech to fill them because the experience was just awful here. I’m in this industry and I believe what you put out there is what you get in return. I’d rather drive the extra 20 minutes to be treated nicer and be appreciated of my business. Also to mention a set is 150 dollars plus 3 fills is 240 dollars. Tipped 40 dollars cash my for the full set the first 2 fills I tipped 20 cash… I even tipped 10 dollars when she fixed them when I shouldn’t have. And I tipped 15 cash the last time I went which was 3 weeks ago. Add that all together that’s 495 dollars of my hard working money wasted to non appreciative employees and not making it a great experience and over all just not knowing how to handle business….. respond back to your replies. Which I find kinda funny….our lash artists tried helping with your concerns and it was never good enough… I never once complained about my lashes at all. I called one time and got them fixed because they fell out. I just don’t think you like my honest review. And your replying with a cover up response….. maybe you should consider hiring new techs. That are nice and comforting…. It’s kinda weird how I never complained to them… and every time before I would leave they would always have a concern but not me…. Makes a lot of sense. Didn’t show up for my appt. Because I mad another one with someone else. Maybe treat customers with respect who treated the employees with respect…but hey not my business just my money wasted. I would like to know what issues and concerns I stated to Stephanie and Brooke. Cuz last time I checked. I sent my coworker Ashley to get her lashes done by Stephanie…. It’s sad for an owner to lie.

Two days after my facial all of my texture was gone and I couldn’t be happier. My lashes were lifted 4 weeks ago and still super curled and going strong. McKenzie is great, go see her!!
