I went in today for a facial and massage. Checked in and no one at the desk said anything about my appointments. I got taken back for my facial which was great, and when I went back up to the front to wait for my massage, I was told that my massage therapist would not be coming in today. The three girls at the desk could not have cared less about the total disappointment and inconvenience. I was the one who had to try and problem solve to see if there was another therapist that could take me. There was, however I preferred a female and only a male was available. I was shocked, and still am in complete shock, at the level of “oh well” from the staff. No trying to reschedule me, no discount on a future appointment, nothing. The customer service at this place is seriously lacking. I am a mom to three young kids and treated myself to a babysitter and to some me time and what a complete disappointment this was. I will not be giving any more business to The Face and Body.

Worked here for three shifts till I couldn’t handle no longer, Office management and staff are rude and not friendly, I walked in to all three of my shifts and not a single person greeted me or even trained me, BARELY even talked to me I was uncomfortable the whole time. Kept having “schedule complications” to where I would come in and be immediately sent home because they just cannot get it together, office staff talks bad about management and literally every single stylist there. I was so excited to use my benefits discount but the front desk girls scared me so bad with what they were saying I would not let any stylist there touch my hair! not to mention the three times I did work they cleaned NOTHING! and last but not least, took me entire 30 days to get paid 🙂 be careful

Got a wax done and the girl doing it was so sweet and great at her job! Angie did my nails and she made the entire experience! She was so fun to talk to. I can’t wait to schedule my next appointment with her! I wish they had dip (only have gel) but that’s okay. Will definitely be back!

My experience with my facial and IPL was outstanding with Douglas. He explained the process with both procedures.l was so impressed with his professional approach. He even contacted me a few days later to see how I was responding to the treatment. I have booked 2 more sessions. Very pleased with the results! I must also mention Madelyn at the front desk was very informative and pleasant. I will share my experience with family and friends.

I went there a week ago for a massage. When I went to pay the lady said the gift card was expired. I have never heard of a gift card expiring. So they got my moms money and then got my money paying for the massage. The lady said she couldn’t override it. I am furious. I work in retail for a major company and when it comes to customer service, we ALWAYS make it right for our customers. Doesn’t matter what the policy is, there are always unique situations. My mom and mother in law always buy me massage gift cards. I actually have one for $250 that I guess I need to use soon before it “expires”. I will now tell them to never buy a gift card from the face and body again. When I got home my husband called and asked to speak to a manager. She told him the gift card came from prior management and again there was nothing she could do. Poor excuse. When you buy the name, you buy the customers and everything that goes with it. What a scam. DO NOT BUY GIFT-CARDS FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Came here with friends and used a Groupon for a dermaplane and a hydrofacial. OMG!!! Leah was my esthetician. We bonded immediately. She explained everything step by step, told me about each of the products she was using and listened to my questions patiently. She gently suggested that I change one of the products that I use without giving me a hard sell on the spa’s product kind. She was amazing! I highly recommend this location and Leah specifically!
