Rachel is incredible, she made me feel so comfortable talking about my skin concerns and customized each appointment to address whatever issue I was seeing that day. Rachel is incredibly knowledgeable and will explain every step of the facial process to you so you know how she’s treating your skin concerns. I love Erin and I love the face space! I’ve only ever done virtual meetings since I live in Michigan, but I’ve learned so much from them and their social media postings – I recommend them to everyone and I now don’t trust anyone else without their blessing. If I lived in the same state, I’d be there regularly. They genuinely care about each client, and provide education as to why their methods work, not just buzz words to get you to spend $$$$$. Backed by science and continuing education, Erin and her team are passionate and thoughtful. Can’t recommend this place enough.
