I went in for a first-time eyebrow tinting. The place was clean and nice. The service…eh. It felt rushed and unprofessional. After the tint was put on I wasn’t given a mirror to look at the brows, nor instructions how to take care of them after. When I got home, I noticed the tint was misplaced above my brow line missing the hairs the tint needed to go on. In 2 days, the tint was completely gone from my brows. I called to ask about what went wrong. Melissa who had done the procedure just rudely told me that this doesn’t happen to anyone. I told her it happened on me. She just told me to come in and do a darker tint. I said I’m not convinced this works as it disappeared in 2 days. She just uncaringly said, “Well come in and do the service again. This time darker.” Disregarding the fact the tint never worked to begin with. This was a waste of time and money.
