My appointment was at 3:55pm. I texted India at 3:56 to let her know I was in her lobby. No response … I could hear them in the booth laughing and talking. She finally came out and acknowledged me at 4:07pm. If I was 15 min late it would have been a problem or extra fee. India never addressed her lateness or apologized. As black business women we need to step our customer service up. A lot of my nails are crooked and I know she saw it but just didn’t want to fix it. Design was super cute but if you focused on the work more instead of talking to your friend and using your phone you could’ve really slayed my nails. Disappointed:(
