As a busy mom and business owner, getting a massage is one of the ways I treat myself and help myself relax and focus. I am so happy that I found The Evergreen Spa! (Actually, my husband found it and signed me up for a massage as a gift the first time.) I try to go monthly. Kaiti is professional, kind, and very good at what she does. I have had MANY massages over the last 20 years and I love her technique. I also love her table– it’s very comfortable and warm. She has “add on” services that I love rotating through, too, for something a little extra special. The parking can be challenging, but I’ve only had an issue one time when the Elk River Farmer’s Market was in full swing. Usually I find a spot right away. The bathroom is inconvenient on a different floor, but again, I’ve made it work with no issues. I highly recommend this place! Much better than the big names in Maple Grove that I’ve frequented before! If you are thinking of trying this out, DO IT.

I had one of my best massages here and Kaiti was fantastic in general! She listens and targets the troubled spots. I thought her ability to blend both effective massage and relaxation. I also HIGHLY recommend the added foot exfoliation add on. I also added her biofeedback meditation, it is a recording one which was good if you have a hard time shutting off your brain and relaxing.

Her techniques and attentiveness to the areas of pain always give me relief. I don’t usually fall asleep during services but this had me so relaxed that i was out. The different essential oils used just makes you relaxed. The different essential oils used just makes you relaxed. Its cooling but warming and the foot reflexology portion just awesome. I was so hoping for the ability to lay on my stomach. Not a few weeks went by when I inquired about a massage, they got a hold of me and let me know that they got another table that I could lay on my stomach, I was beyond excited!! I booked a time right away so I could lay flat again. Kaiti, the owner and massage therapist was just AMAZING! Not only was I able to lay comfortable for the first time she did a fantastic job! She chatted with me here and there throughout the massage and got to know me and I was able to get to know her.I will definitely be scheduling again after baby gets here to get the complete full works done!!!
