Positive: QualityI started going to the Establishment about a year ago to take my dark brown hair to a light brown or blonde shade after I was tired of covering my stubborn gray roots every two weeks at home or at a value salon. I saw Jess and she did a fabulous job! I really only trust my hair with Jess at this point and am so happy that I found a go to hairstylist that listens to my ideas and is so honest about what can and can’t be achieved. I started going to the Establishment about a year ago to take my dark brown hair to a light brown or blonde shade after I was tired of covering my stubborn gray roots every two weeks at home or at a value salon. I saw Jess and she did a fabulous job! I really only trust my hair with Jess at this point and am so happy that I found a go to hairstylist that listens to my ideas and is so honest about what can and can’t be achieved. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI brought my daughter here (10 years old) for our first professional haircuts since before the pandemic began. She wanted a bob, which had me pretty nervous, but these stylists are positively artists, and they did a beautiful job creating a fun, short hairstyle that frames her face gorgeously. My hair also turned out lovely, which is nice because a few months ago I lost my marbles and hacked at it myself when it got so long that I was sitting on it. I haven’t really been able to feel pretty since, but it was necessary for my sanity, and at the time, everything was understandably shut down.This place is amazing every time I go, which is about once a year. If I could afford to go more often, I would, but alas. If the prices scare you (roughly 50 bucks for a woman’s haircut, give or take ~ten depending on the stylist, I believe), rest assured that you’re going to get your money’s worth. I brought my daughter here (10 years old) for our first professional haircuts since before the pandemic began. She wanted a bob, which had me pretty nervous, but these stylists are positively artists, and they did a beautiful job creating a fun, short hairstyle that frames her face gorgeously.
