Beth Williams is a dream and the most gentle human on earth. She is knowledgeable, has an eye for detail and isn’t afraid to tell you no! Having Skin & Brows Redefined upstairs makes this place a one-stop-shop! Their practice manager, Sara Boyer, is super attentive, well informed with all of the up-and-coming services or specials being offered, and has always helped me navigate services and/or products that would work best for me. I have been going to The Essential Face since they’ve opened and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. I love everything about this place! They are professional, timely, organized and everyone at The Essential Face is such a delight! Beth Williams is a dream and the most gentle human on earth. She is knowledgeable, has an eye for detail and isn’t afraid to tell you no! Having Skin & Brows Redefined upstairs makes this place a one-stop-shop! Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI went in for Botox with Amy. I was so nervous!! She was SO calm, patient and professional. Amy spent a lot of time talking to me and listening. We were instantly on the same page as far as the results I wanted. Amy didn’t start the injections until she could tell I was comfortable and completely ready. I am being totally honest when I say I hardly felt it!!!! Also, I am a clean freak. The spa and Amy couldn’t have been more pleasingly put together!!! I went in for Botox with Amy. I was so nervous!! She was SO calm, patient and professional. Amy spent a lot of time talking to me and listening. We were instantly on the same page as far as the results I wanted. Amy didn’t start the injections until she could tell I was comfortable and completely ready. Not only is Beth a master injector of Botox and filler, she and her team are compassionate and caring – going above and beyond to help me with a family member with an issue with hyperhydrosis.The space is gorgeous, the support team is warm and engaging, and they really are committed to helping you look youthful and refreshed without going overboard.
