Now I can only vouche for the haircut portion of the à Escape spa, however the hair dressers are all very nice and very skilled. You get to have a wonderful conversation as they cut your hair and I do believe I have never been given a haircut I haven’t loved. Here you can always leave feeling relieved and confident that your hair looks great.

I had a hot stone massage with young living oils as well with Ashley. It was absolutely PHENOMENAL! She worked out every knot and tigh spot. I felt so relaxed. She is definitely a pro at what she does. I would book with her ASAP. Your body deserves it.

Not impressed with the Swedish hot stone massage. Used very low grade products for body wrap and lotions. The girl who did my facial talked about her baby the whole time and did not create a relaxing environment with her un-welcome conversation. The lights were way too bright for the setting which were very uncomfortable. The body wrap service was very sloppy. The eyebrow waxing was the best service I received. the ma’am that did my waxing was delightful and had great attention to detail when doing my eyebrows.

I came in to get front bangs, during the appointment I was very upset how she chopped the length of my hair after telling her I didn’t want the bottom of my hair cut just the bangs because my hair means so much to me. I was obviously very upset, crying and no one in the building bothered to ask what the problem was. I left, but not without being told it would be $25 dollars. I wasn’t even shampooed, straightened my own hair, and was unhappy about my UNFINISHED haircut. I will never recommend or come again as they were very unprofessional in their practice.
