I’ve been coming to this salon my entire life. (Literally) everyone that works here is always super friendly. And I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else to get my hair done. I would trust any of those ladies to do my hair, so much so that I can just show a picture of what I want done and I know it will turn out how I imagined. My whole family goes to Kimberly, and has been for 30+ years. I highly recommend for anyone looking for an amazing hair salon.

I’ve had my haircut twice by Tina and she is amazing!! After growing out my hair and my bangs for years I asked if she could do layers and side swept bangs. I have always been a little hesitant to have my bangs cut because I’ve left many other salons dissatisfied with them. But she made them look really textured and awesome! She is very receptive to what you want while also giving really good advice. I don’t think I will go to anyone else!

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityScheduled an appointment to get my haircut, walked in and the stylist who had my appointment took someone right before that. No one else would help. Really seemed like you need to be one of these stylists long established clients to get them to help. One of the stylists clients were late, but she waited around for them. The other stylist just sat in the lobby. My appointment time came and went. The older gentleman (who was with my stylist) wasn’t even done when I left. I was 10 mins early (prepared to wait to my appointment time.) and still waited 20 mins past my appointment time before leaving and having no one even acknowledge the door as it opened. Customer Service has really gone down since I was here 7 years ago. Everyone was so bubbly and cheerful and communicative before. I got my hair cut and dyed here yesterday, and it was an amazing experience. Tina did my hair, and not only was she super nice, she also did an excellent job. My hair was really damaged and the color I previously had was growing out, but she was able to color and cut it. My hair looks so much better and it’s so much healthier now. I would definitely recommend coming to this salon!

I have been going to this hair salon for many years. They are professional, kind , warm and so helpful from the receptionist to the owner who is there daily and is a stylist and all of her stylist are just so good. From walk ins to set appointments I have never ever had a bad haircut. The only thing I feel bad about is I never make the same appointment with the same stylist because they are all so good I know I am in good hands no matter who cuts, styles and sometimes colors my hair. I highly recommend this salon. If your passionate about your hair and always looking good this is the place for you!!!

I get my acrylic nails done here. Regina is great, she’s been doing my nails~ going on six years. I can always count on her to do an EXCELLENT job on my nails, and pedicures. She takes her time to give a wonderful foot and leg massage and has a variety of special treatments for afterward. (My favorite is the peppermint mask).
