We are a 1920’s historic two story house in downtown Tavares with a fully functioning salon downstairs, our highly trained staff of artists are skilled in all things color and cut. Because we are just steps away from a lovely Tavares Pavillion we have converted the upstairs of our space into a beautiful bridal suite/Air Bnb meant to meet the needs of brides or couples visiting our area. The Emerald Fox also houses a bridal team that specializes in occasion hair and airbrush or traditional makeup. Alongside our space is a spacious parking lot with market lights that we offer to brides getting married at the beautiful Tavares Pavillion on the Lake to further accommodate them, making us the space to come for all things bridal.

Before and after! Amanda Seabury is absolutely amazing. She has surrounded herself with the absolute best team who are just as talented. Katie, Sadie, and Mandi are legit wizards with hair! I have never left this place unsatisfied in fact it’s always been above and beyond my expectations. My daughter and I love going here we don’t trust anyone else! absolutely the WORST.After my wife exchanged multiple photos of what our daughter wanted for her 18th birthday we were told it would not be a problem. My wife and daughter traveled an hour and a half, spent 9 hours in the chair and paid 360.00 dollars. When the stylist was finished her hair looked nothing like what was promised. She was told to come back and pay again to try and correct the issue. In all my years I have never seen such a lack of professionalism. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Sadie is the best stylist that I ever had. I’m in the car business so appearance is everything. Once I learned that she left her other salon I had to follow and to know that she is just down the road made me feel a lot better. I bring 2 of my 3 boys to her and will be bringing my wife to her also. She is the best all around family stylist.

When you walk into the Emerald Fox you feel a wow factor. It is an absolutely charming and beautiful venue. There is a lot of attention to detail throughout the decor and the location is so quaint. Super friendly staff. I went there to meet Brittney for a wedding hair consultation and brought my maid of honor. My bridesmaid decided to get her hair done in the salon while waiting for me and I just couldn’t believe how she was able to get the most beautiful ombre on a complete whim. The hairstylist there was so sweet and so obviously very talented. Brittney is a total doll. These ladies definitely knew their stuff and make you feel very welcome.
