I’ve had many massages in my life, which I now realize where “spa massages.” The Elm is much different and they specialize in true bodywork to address mind, body and spirit. Tina is my therapist and she is incredible. I have a connection with her that I have never had with anyone before who has tried to help me with my anxiety and chronic headaches. I eat, sleep and feel better since going regularly to see Tina at the Elm. She cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to help them with their issues. I would recommend for anyone searching for a healthy alternative to bring balance to their life. And if you don’t believe me, just ask my mom because she now goes based on my recommendation!

I don’t do a lot of massage because I have several health issues that cause my body to be sore by gentle pressure and I bruise easily. A friend gave me a gift certificate for my birthday, so I decided to go. When I called to schedule the appointment, the owner was very helpful in choosing the right therapist for my needs, both medical and my schedule, too. When I arrived for my appointment, I talked to Tina about my health in detail and she was very kind and considerate of my issues. She asked me multiple times during our session if I was ok and about the amount of pressure she was using. The atmosphere in the room was very relaxing, and I had a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this place overall, and for sure Tina as a therapist. She would be a great fit for anyone seeking a relaxing experience!!
