I had an old grown out curly perm that was so dry and not cute anymore. Loanne and Joy did an amazing job rebonding my hair!!! I am very satisfied with the results. They were very thorough despite how long it took. My hair came out super straight and is silky smooth and soft. It feels really healthy and happy! Would highly recommend super friendly and reasonable price as well for my long and thick hair. Exceeding my expectations with a beautiful transformation. Also, I really appreciated how she tested the products on my hair first to make sure she would not damage my hair. They actually care about people and their hair not just the money and she was super educational as well about the processes. They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable.

I went in for a Korean digital perm and was thankfully advised that my hair was too fragile. Alternatively I got a Korean cold perm and my hair looks amazing! It’s exactly what I asked for. Vanh cut my hair so the perm would look extra nice and Joyce permed my hair to perfection.

As I wanted to have a different look for my hair , I called different saloons to make an appointment but no one can not help me right away. Somehow, the Elite Saloon from Daly City answered my call and accepted my appointment right away .Loanne told me to come to the Elite Pacifica . Her employees assisted me first and Loanne helped me later .My hair turned out well and I looked good with my new hair look . I’ve got a lot of compliments with my new hair style after Loanne cut my hair to get more layers . She even trained me how to use the products on my hair to have better look.Thank you very much Loanne !!

Our family travels full time in our RV. Sometimes it can be hard to find where to go for personal care. Our two boys got haircuts, and I went back later in the day for a pedicure. Such a great little salon. Great cuts for the kids, staff was very friendly and helpful. I was very happy with my pedicure and the massage chair was the best massage chair I’ve ever used. All within walking distance of our RV park!
