Unfortunately my hair did not come out even with the cut I was looking for. One side is longer than the other, I have layers that are chopped up. Joseph didn’t take the time to really know what I wanted I felt like it was rushed. And quite frankly I’m just not happy with my hair cut. This was my first salon experience in Colorado and I’m upset. I went in to see Joseph and said I want to be BLONDE bc I’m going to be tinkerbell for Halloween. My color looks basically the same as when I showed up. The pics I posted are before and after. The purple shirt and ponytail pics are after. Plus he ripped out so much of my hair that I have more than double the amount of broken frizzy hairs I showed up with! I had 2 years of virgin growth and even paid extra for olaplex so I shouldn’t have this much damage. Now my hair is so damaged I’m too scared to bleach it again before Halloween! I literally paid $375 just to damage my hair

Sheena has the worst customer service ever! She leaves you hanging for weeks with no response. She sent me one text and asked for more pics which I sent right away and I got no answer after that. If she thinks I am gonna beg her to do my hair then no thank you, there are thousands of hairstylists wanting my business. So glad I found someone better.

I have gone to Chandlier for a while now and I have never been so in love with my hair! She’s an amazing human who makes the experience SO much fun, AND her work is absolutely phenomenal. I have gone in multiple times without a clue of what I wanted, and asked her to do her thing and surprise me. The results have been above and beyond perfect every single time without fail.
