Critical: Cleanliness, Punctuality, QualityI read all the reviews and came in with a great attitude. I had a 5:15 appt and when I got there I was told oops it was written down for 5:45. So.. ok I waited til. 5:45. I should have left then but I know that things happen. So I waited. I showed a picture of what I wanted and sue and I talked about it. I told her exactly what I wanted no blonde I’m a dark brunette. The pic had dark hair and small balayage to give some different tones to the hair color. I specifically said that i do not want that color to be as light as the pic. We agreed and we started. 3 and 1/2 hours later sue blows out my hair and I have blonde highlight no balayage and huge chunk of blonde in the front of my hair Like she even forgot to use the comb to weave it thru. When I questioned her during the process I was told I’m using your own hair and a toner no blonde. So ok…. She is slow but since she is the owner she knows what she doing. BLONDE HIGHLIGHTS AND A BIG CHUNKY PIECE IN FRONT OF MY FACE!!!!! When I complained I was told it’s the style, it’s the style, about the color it makes my eyes pop. ( I have very dark brown eyes). No popping with blonde around them and I use to have dark hair( before her) I did like sue very personable and the hair cut was great. As far listening to what I actually wanted very bad. I wish you well. Just get a hair cut I had to go to another salon to Recife her mistakes and will keep having to do that for awhile till my DARK BROWN HAIR grows enough to get rid of the blonde. I read all the reviews and came in with a great attitude. I had a 5:15 appt and when I got there I was told oops it was written down for 5:45. So.. ok I waited til. 5:45.
