Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityAugust, 24, 2022–Nelson has cut my hair a number of times over the past year. “Haircut” is such a limited word when describing what he does. I’m an “older” person who wants style, doesn’t mind pushing it to the limits for my age, but doesn’t want to look like he’s trying too hard doing it. He’s an artist, maybe a sculptor, who’s great at listening and having the skill to create the look I am only vaguely able to describe. He’s a gentleman and professional. The hot towels and complimentary massage makes the experience a luxurious indulgent bonus. My wife loves my “Styled by Nelson” haircuts. And I do too. Thank you Nelson.June, 2021: Nelson was my barber and he did an excellent job cutting my hair and trimming my beard. In addition to this, he’s professional, polite, and quietly conversational. I’d highly recommend him. This was mine first visit to The Edge, but it won’t be my last. My hair and beard were wild and a mess. I was very much in need of hair and beard care. I knew I wanted a change of hair style, but wasn’t sure exactly what it was I wanted. Nelson carefully listened to me, plus we looked at some photos to get a better idea of what I had in mind. Ultimately, my haircut was exactly what I wanted and my trimmed beard looked great. The hot towels on my face and neck were an unexpected bit of luxurious pampering, which I definitely enjoyed. The beverages, cool music and ambiance were appreciated, and everyone was friendly, but the real value was the professional barbering service I received.
