I’ve been going here since I moved to Frisco and I LOVE it!! I had to come give a review today because they are always exceptional at what they do but today was so AMAZING!! It was my first time getting a gel polish change and the way the sweet nail tech took such care with my toes blew me away! I’ve never had this type of experience with a polish change!! I mean she went above and beyond!! But honestly they all do. Every tech I’ve had when I’m there has been beyond amazing! I also have the BEST person who does my nails! He rocks it EVERY time!!!

Love this place! My coworker recommended this nail salon to me and this is definitely going to be my go to spot from now on. They are so welcoming to any nail style or design of your liking, I showed my lady a picture (wish I asked for her name) but she knew exactly which products to use after I showed her what I was looking for. She payed attention to all the detail in my nails and was very gentle! The nail salon is super cute and gives a very clean and chill vibe. I couldn’t be more impressed. Thank you all

I usually am not one to write reviews, I am not a picky person at all. I understand mistakes can happen but it is the way they are handled that can affect an experience. I have gone here for dip nails for the past 4 months. Today I went in to get my nails refreshed and my nail artist filed the side of my skin off to the point I was bleeding. She did not mention much about it other than an apology. She didn’t disinfect it, in fact she continued to dip my raw skin that was bleeding in powder that had been previously used. I was extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled and I will not be returning to this spot because of how it was handled. She didn’t speak to me to make sure I was okay, if anything she made me feel like she was annoyed for her own mistake and I felt disrespected. Not a professional experience at all. I tipped because I know how the industry can be but hopefully this will be a learning experience for this place.
