I had a massage yesterday following a long and stressful underway. I’m fairly well educated on body mechanics and anatomy, I was impressed with Victoria’s knowledge and technique. Every stretch she performed was purposeful and she talked through everything to explain what and why she had chosen each technique. Her aftercare recommendations were specific and coincided with my PT’s recommendations. It’s obvious Victoria really knows what she’s talking about in addition to being a great massage therapist.
