Critical: ProfessionalismI tried to cancel my eyebrow appointment 3 days before my appointment. Heather will not give me back my $100.00 deposit. She said it is there policy. When I made the appointment, I was not told about the cancelation policy. She told me that I should of asked about it. She was very rude & unprofessional. This is so wrong on so many levels. I tried to cancel my eyebrow appointment 3 days before my appointment. Heather will not give me back my $100.00 deposit. She said it is there policy. When I made the appointment, I was not told about the cancelation policy. She told me that I should of asked about it. She was very rude & unprofessional. This is so wrong on so many levels.
