Very bad service!!!! Don’t come here I do not recommend! If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went in for a haircut with Diana and she left my hair really messed up. Some pieces of hair were longer than others and not what I asked for considering the amount of money I paid. I got a refund ended up having to go get it fixed at another salon. Don’t come !!

Critical: QualityI asked for a balayage, showed them the picture and everything. I spend 5 hrs here and they ended up giving me something completely different of what i asked for. I always look forward to my hair appointment at The Dry Room. The salon is beautiful, and it’s such a fun atmosphere. Carla is extremely talented at both color and cuts. I always leave SUPER happy! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Dry Room if you’re needing a haircut, color, make-up or your nails done. Bonus- The owner, Ginna, is so much fun. I wish the girls would wipe down the chairs after every customer… because they tell you sit down and you see nothing but hairs on the chairs. I’ve been here about 4 to 5 times and i wish they would also be consistent on the gel they use for braids.. 2 weeks ago or 3 when i went the gel the girl used was nasty i couldn’t even take it off in the shower from my untouched braided hair (she put it everywhere) in didn’t notice until i left. But last week i got a different stylist and she did a great job.

I made an appointment for a trial for my wedding day hairstyle, and when I showed up, my appointment was not in the system and no one could take me, even though there were no other clients in the shop. I had my appointment confirmation via a Facebook message from the shop. My mother and maid of honor had rescheduled their days off to hep me choose my hairstyle, so this was an inconvenience to multiple potential customers.

I had an appointment for prom and I reserved in time and had it all ready but turns out they messed up the time seeing as they scheduled me at the same time as a bridal party getting theirs and it was shut off for only them. For them to do this and not having their appointments correctly is sad but overall she was nice to tell me some other place
