Critical: ProfessionalismI texted Becky saying she cut my bangs wrong after I’d carefully explained how to cut and not cut them.And I said it was cut too short. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy niece went in and the finished product of her nails was horrible. She cried, product was on her nail it look like they built up the product so high on her nail like they painted a rock. The polish was already chipping less then 12 hours later. Less then 2 days later I ended up taking my niece to someone else in Safford who fixed her nails but it took 2 1/2 hours. When I posted my review on their Facebook they called me a liar and said everything wrong with my niece. She’s the customer, so learn those ethics. My niece went in and the finished product of her nails was horrible. She cried, product was on her nail it look like they built up the product so high on her nail like they painted a rock.
