The salon is nicely organized, decorative and clean. I 100% recommend Devon. I’ve been to many hairstylist but couldn’t find one who seem to actually care about my hair. Devon was very attentive and knew exactly what I was looking for. He gave me much guidance and tips on hair care and style. I normally don’t write reviews but I had to for this one. This place is amazing everyone is really friendly. The salon is nicely organized, decorative and clean. I 100% recommend Devon. I’ve been to many hairstylist but couldn’t find one who seem to actually care about my hair. Devon was very attentive and knew exactly what I was looking for. He gave me much guidance and tips on hair care and style. I love my hair now, and will continue to go to him for future appointments.

I cannot begin to say enough amazing things about this salon. From the first step into this salon I was greeted by the staff that are so welcoming. I drove 4 hrs from out of town for my appointment with Betty. She did an outstanding balayage on my hair followed by a cut and style by Jordan. Everyone I came into contact with were so knowledgeable and honest when I asked for their opinions. I have probably been to hundreds of salons that have not met my expectations regarding my hair. This is hands down the best salon I have ever been to and is definitely worth the 4hr drive to have my hair cared for correctly! I am so happy with my hair!!!!

This place is amazing. I looked long and far for someone who could handle my red color appropriately. Enter Betty, the owner and rock star of the salon. She absolutely nailed it, making my hair feel and look beautiful. Devon gave me a much needed trim masterfully, with a perfect blow out.

This was my very first experience at a salon, and they made me feel so welcome! I have long, wavy blonde hair and I brought in some pictures of the bangs I wanted done. The atmosphere was so peaceful as they had the doors open to the street. The receptionist was very kind as I had called to mention that I was running a tad late, and she was very sweet about checking me in and out that day! My stylist was JoJo and she was awesome! She took the pictures I brought to work with and made them work with my hairstyle! She did a fantastic job and I will definitely be going back! I’m very happy I chose The Do for my first ever salon experience!

OK. Do yourself a favor and go here for fabulous hair. Devon and Jordan are the dream team. I had dark brown curly hair and now I have gorgeous blonde highlighted, blow-out goodness. This place is amazing because everyone is so attentive and really takes into consideration what you want, and what your hair needs. Also, I called the day before at about 4PM and they let me come in at 7:30AM the next day because of my schedule! Amazing. Wonderful. BEST HAIR DAY EVER.

The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the latest hair trends and products. The salon is bright, trendy, and always clean. Highly recommend this salon.

I’ve been going to Betty at The Do Cut and Color for more than six months now. She’s more than a colorist – she’s a true artist! I’ve been to all the best salons over the last 10 years since I moved to Dallas but my hair was damaged from repeated foil highlighting when I first visited Betty. Because of Betty, my hair is now healthy and my color/highlights are beautiful and multi-dimensional. She also applies a gloss after the color – with a little bit of shimmer – to my thick, wavy hair that makes it very shiny and smooth. In addition to my own personal experience, I’ve seen her consult with many other clients during my visits. On each occasion, the new color she came up with for the client was incredibly flattering and fashionable. On a couple of occasions, seeing the client both before and after the new color was like seeing a completely different person! In addition to Betty’s artistry and talent, she’s a wonderful business person and her salon is very airy, open and inviting. I always get my hair blow out as well by JoJo. JoJo is also very talented and engaging. Her blow-outs are awesome and they last for days. Seeing JoJo every month is like getting together with a good friend; she’s very easy to talk to. I wouldn’t go to any other salon in Dallas. And you shouldn’t either!

I got my hair cut, full foil highlights and my eyebrows waxed! I love that I could get it all done in one place! everyone and I mean everyone is so nice. Jordan was even able to fix my butchered hair cut without chopping it off. I am so very pleased! Although I am a low hair maintenance type of person but still wanted color (most colorist, look at me like that’s never possible), the colorist listened and made it possible! Awesome hair and I don’t have to stay on a strict color schedule. That’s a win win in my book. I’ll definitely return! Thank you all!

Betty is one of the best colorist in Dallas! After every appointment, I always get great compliments on my hair color. She has been in the business a long time and knows her kraft well. Love the salon, the interior is exceptional as well.
