First I would like to discredit the 1 star review saying salon doesnt do black people hair. I have been going to Jen since 2014 and was just there yesterday. And she always does my hair great! As a matter of fact she is the only one I trust with my color and cuts. I live in GA and travel to texas just so she can do it. So I dont think I would do that if she wont do black people hair. Lady must have called the wrong salon, because no one there would have spoke to her on the phone in such a rude way. Thank you Jen for never disappointing me with my hair choices. I added pics for proof.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI highly do not recommend this salon. I have had blue hair for the longest. It is a solid blue from root to tip.I asked her to retouch my roots. I left very unsatisfied.She didn’t not give me a mirror to see the back and I see why. I contacted her numerous times, called her 3 times sent pics and was never contacted back. My hair is green now, and the back doesn’t even looked bleached at all. I was charged $400 for this service and now I will be paying more out of pocket for a color correction. I left with one of the best haircuts of my life, after giving her very brief direction of what I want. I would like to take a moment to discredit the 1 star reviews posted today. I was in the salon and had an appointment at the same time as the fellow customer (oh yes, there are two reviews because I’m guessing she got her husband to post a review even though he didn’t even come in). My hair already had color in it when this customer came in, 20 minutes late for her appointment and demanded to have her full service, despite not even calling to say she would be 20 minutes late for a 1 hour time slot. She was disrespectful by not communicating she was running late, and then tried to argue as to why she deserved to push the stylists whole day behind.

Jen, who is the owner and master stylist, is truly amazing. She is warm and engaging without being overbearing, but mostly she is AMAZING at what she does. I have had vivid coloring for over 10 years and never had the quality of work that Jen does. My color looks exactly like I ask, last longer than i’ve ever had it do before, and fades beautifully. Her cuts and styles are similarly high quality and she makes great recommendations, working with you to get a successful look.
