How are potential new customers supposed to make appointments if they NEVER answer the phone? Some people work all day and do not have the luxury of just driving over to chat about an appt. I’ve called 12 times over the past week and even left a voicemail with my information and that I was wanting an appointment, no call back. Not a good look for people interested in coming to your salon.
