Online reservation system doesn’t work and they don’t answer the phone. Went in and waited waited two hours for nothing. They took multiple people that came in after me, who seemed to be friends of the barbers. Then they told me they were about to close and I should come back tomorrow. Allegedly the people who got to skip me had reservations, but they never told me they were booked for me the day until they were ready to close (so they probably didn’t). If a few of their friends walk in you’ll never get your haircut. Just go to D&C or another shop and you’ll be out within an hour. This store is close and I’d love to support a small business but their customer service is a joke.

If you need a FIRE fade, Andre will hook you up. We had some great conversation and the fade was the best I’ve ever gotten. I searched around West Palm Beach for the best barber and Andre really killed it. I plan on coming back in the future.
