Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI found this barbershop though the booksy app, they have pretty good reviews, so I decided to try them out. Unfortunately I was unable to get any service. The first time I booked with one of their barbers they ended up changing the time of my appointment. Since I was not able to make that time, I made a new appointment two weeks out. Today was that appointment. The appointment was at a 11 and the shop is around 20 min away from me. While driving there, the appointment gets cancelled completely. No call to reschedule or try to find a better time. I found this barbershop though the booksy app, they have pretty good reviews, so I decided to try them out. Unfortunately I was unable to get any service.
