I scheduled with this office owing to insurance coverage changes. Now I’m really glad this occurred as I didn’t know what I was missing. The Crestview Hill office is convenient, good parking and very professionally run. My safety was obviously a great concern with minimal contact with others upon arrival. The staff perceive my needs and are great listeners to any questions I might have. I saw my practitioner, Seth’, in a timely fashion with no waiting . Appreciated greatly as I was accustomed to waiting in my shroud in a chilly room for some time at my previous caregiver. I’m always full of questions and Seth completely allayed any fears I had regarding this or that spot. Timely treatment and I was able to get on with my day. Highly recommend this location.

I went in for my first appointment a little nervous. Everyone that works there was professional and courteous. They took biopsies that first day. Within a week they called me with the results. They had some bad news. Within an hour they had me in the office and had removed the skin cancer. It was caught early. I go back for my for a follow up in 2 weeks. I am so glad I found the office I did.

I came to your office for mites (not scabies) on my body and a sore that won’t heal. I had samples of my experience with these mites. Seth Stephenson told me that, because he didn’t have access to a microscope in the office, he could not see clearly what my samples were. Therefore, he recommended psychiatric treatment for my delusions. I find it very rude and unprofessional to not supply microscopes in your offices so that small evidence of a patient’s experience can be magnified so that your workers can make an informed decision. I resent being told that I am delusional because you don’t supply the proper equipment in your offices for the workers to do their job. I don’t know if dermatologists take an oath to do no harm or not, but you are doing harm to everyone you diagnose as delusional without proof because your workers are not supplied with the equipment needed to see what they are even talking about. I am not delusional. But I know you don’t care about that or even believe me.
