I took my son to get a haircut, and Diana rushed through it, and the whole haircut is crooked. When confronted with it, she said I didn’t specify what I wanted, which I did. But how is it related to the fact that it was crooked? There were still long pieces of hair left behind his ears, and the whole haircut was uneven, including bangs. She was rude and refused to admit anything. She seemed to be in a rush and annoyed and irritated that I said something about not liking it. This is definitely not a child-friendly facility.

UPDATE: When I tried to get a haircut a few weeks ago the open light was on but a note was on the door, essential workers only! In May, this place was open. It’s weird for the sudden change.

Cant say enough nice things about Diana and my experience at the Delmar Barber Shop. I haven’t had my haircut in 3 months thanks to the pandemic and two other salons wouldn’t honor appointments I had with them because they were to busy.
