We (my BAE and I) decided to go to Ojai for a date night and went to The Day Spa of Ojai. We were pleasantly surprised that it was a wonderful experience. The facility was clean and very comfortable. We were greeted warmly as we completed the standard massage questionnaire. Both therapist did something unique, which was brushing our skin first, which was an added touch. Amazing. Both Kim, Caroline and the entire staff were welcoming, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. The facial and massage were best experience I’ve ever had at a spa. This spa has a smaller, homier, cozier atmosphere. There is no pool or sauna if you like those kind of amenities at a spa. But everything, everything else is so wonderful you don’t need those other things

We weren’t able to enjoy the massages, but the appointment service is below all. Email request sent on June 3rd for a booking on July 17th. Recall by email on June 7th. Call on June 8th and confirmation by phone by the assistant that there were still availabilities for the requested date. Without confirmation on June 14th, we call again to have our booking confirmation sent by email and we then learn that there are no more availabilities for the requested date.

I had an amazing and most importantly relaxing experience visiting this spa. I pampered myself with the Topa Topa Package and it definitely exceeded my expectations. The ladies were welcoming and made me feel very comfortable from the minute I walked in.
